Hey Urban Fantastic Family

You know I'm always looking out for ways we can make a bigger impact or make a difference in the world we inhabit. My contribution, is that I'm passionate about speculative fiction because it allows me tell stories in unique worlds with characters that look like me but who inhabit these fantastic worlds and make an impact.

For me to do that I've got to be able to acquire information quickly and be able to apply it in an organised way. The world we live in is such an interesting place and the inspiring thing is we can never know enough. Discovery helps us to grow. And if we're growing, we're making a difference. I hope the attached article is a step in the right direction for you.

The group is meant to promote, highlight and celebrate the presence of black contribution in genre film, TV, comics and Speculative fiction with due emphasis on diversity as a whole. I'm also hoping in our small way the group can contribute and inspire the creation of a legacy of stories told through Novels, film, TV, comics, animation or theatre.
