Making It Up as you Go Along

Don't get me wrong, I'm all for making plans and in my opinion, its the process of making these plans that the good stuff - the unplanned stuff, will start appearing. Most of us are confident we can prepare for eventualities that aren't disasters or Acts of God. And so we put things in place to help mitigate against the worst that can happen. But what about the flip side of that coin. You know the fortuitous and downright cool outcomes that appear in your life. Especially when you're in the trenches, hustling and stepping out of your comfort zone. It's the unexpected things that delight and pleasantly surprise us that we take for granted. We tend to not give this aspect enough attention although it has changed our fortunes for the better many times. So diving headlong into some situations you aren't fully prepared for can be the best thing you can do. Spontaneity can be an advantage and when it works out, it's a great feeling.
Try it, you'll see.
