Excusez Moi!
The quantum realm is my fancy way of describing the intangible stuff that can make our lives a hell of heaven or a heaven of hell if I can paraphrase Milton.
I asked myself why are so many people not currently following their dreams?
Fear, a scary intangible.
They would rather “play it safe” than take a risk with their entire life. That’s understandable. There is a chance everything can go wrong. You could fail.
I counter fear with faith, another intangible.
Faith in your dreams. Faith in yourself and faith in your goals.
I know it’s old school and not very ‘scientific method’, but it makes sense in my head.
Einstein figured out that our world is much more than we can perceive, and our outcomes aren’t easily predicted with the correct formula. Our world is quantum. According to my understanding, there are forces we don’t fully understand but which we can manipulate to a degree.
This may all seem abstract, but the intangible nature of the quantum realm is still a mystery for us humans, even when we like to give the impression we have it all figured out.
So, Anton, you expect me to have faith without proof?
Yeah, I do.
Every day you show faith without proof.
Hell, You are the proof. You were born with all the evidence you need.
Your heart beats without instruction. Your lungs expand and release life-giving air without thought. Your blood flows through miles of blood vessels without coercion. You never stop to question how or why these systems function.
Yet they do.
That’s faith.
Now can you transfer that to your aspirations? And realise that faith is just one of the many intangibles in the quantum realm that will shift the odds in your favour.
I’m not saying that’s all you need because Faith without Works is dead, right. But when you’re back is against the wall and you feel you’ve run out of strategies, run out of tools, run out of ideas, take a breath.
Close your eyes.
Then step boldly forward.
One step at a time.
Trust in yourself because deep down inside, you know we are made of indestructible stuff, the stuff of the universe. And would the universe guide you wrong.
I don’t think so.
