The responsibility rests solely with you. Depending on the type of person you are, knowing this can be scary or liberating.
If you're on the side of scary, that's okay. It's what you do, knowing you're scared. If you stay in your comfort zone, your life will never change. But if you take that fear and set out to explore the vast unknown, the skies the limit.
If you're on the side of liberating, then there's not much for me to say. You will get out there, experience new things, and fight for what you want. It's hard to do because living an extraordinary life takes extreme discipline and focus. Most people are simply unwilling to do it.
But why not?
Is it because of the risks? Life itself is risky. Blazing your own path isn't safe, and neither is sitting on the couch. The difference between both is one will give you incredible results and the other an expanding waistline. The extraordinary is only possible when you embrace the risk.
I find it's easy to tell when I'm not living up to my potential. Those are the times when I'm going along with the crowd. If I focus on what makes me extraordinary, be the unusual guy, then I'm golden.
Extraordinary choices deliver extraordinary results.

I'm not going to lie; it's tough, but how you allocate your time and energy decides what your life looks like. Do I get it right all the time? Hell no. It's a work in progress. And I have no excuses, no matter what life throws at me. I want to carve my own path and live the life I want.
It's available to us all.

Be a creator more than a consumer
Positively touch as many people as you can
There's no mathematical formula to living an extraordinary life. All I know is you cannot get to that place by doing what ordinary people do.
