Do you have time for your family? Yes.
Do you have time to read? Yes.
Do you have time to exercise? Yes.
Do you have time for Community work? Yes.
I’m not saying it's straightforward, and you will have to get creative with organising yourself and the energy you must expend, but it can be done.
I suggest you begin to painstakingly document how you use your time and be honest with yourself.
Once you begin to document everything you spend time on during the week, you will find their is a lot of time wasted in your week. Get comfortable with the idea of re-calibrating how you want to spend it. Consider how you can reduce the amount of time spent in specific areas. With small changes in habit and commitment, you can reclaim more than enough time to do all the things you love, spend time with friends and family and enjoy more of life.

Reclaim time from Social Media.
Reclaim time from TV.
Reclaim time from commuting.
Reclaim time from the kitchen, your wardrobe or even shopping.

Your calendar is your friend and whether you use an app or a physical calendar it serves as your visual representation of your available time. Don't just react to the time you have but be intentional and allocate it to the important things. Block out time for the gym, time for reading, time for meditation. Block out time for any of the areas you wish to reclaim. Make these time slots non-negotiable. Everything else has to work around them.
It boils down to simplifying your week, focusing on the essential and getting rid of the clutter. The less mundane choices you have to make, the less decision fatigue you suffer. Your calendar is a  powerful tool it represents the organisation of your most precious commodity, time.
Respect yourself and respect your calendar and block out non-negotiable time for the important parts of your life.
You can thank me later.
