Ask yourself this compelling question.
Are you the person inside, who can attract the level of success you seek?
It took me some time to grasp this idea, and I must admit I struggled with it for a while. Deep inside I knew it was true, but I couldn’t bring myself to accept it. By believing this meant my life was under my control. I had no excuses. Here is my conclusion from the question we asked ourselves.
Our outer conditions are a reflection of your inner reality.
Wow!
Wherever you are in life it's all on you baby!
The self-talk, the choices made, the opportunities taken, the risks embraced.
All you.
If you want something different: improve you. From the inside out.
The world is a mirror, forever reflecting what you are doing within yourself.

There are two types of improvement I’ve found. An external improvement where you increase your money, fitness, credentials, status, friends, etc.
And self-improvement where you refine your habits, thought patterns, confidence, beliefs, learned skills and behaviors.
With one type it becomes a part of you.Something that cannot be taken away. The other is not as impactful and long-lasting.  For me self-improvement is the most important of the two.
Your Inner development.
While others are trying to improve their job, you’re continuously improving yourself, expanding your vision, skills, and abilities.
Master the inner game and see your work far exceed what others are producing. You will be clearer, stronger and more focused.
And that is an excellent position to be in.
