Self Talk is nothing more than mentally asking and answering a series of questions about yourself
and your situation. Eliminate any habitual questions that do not serve you. Build yourself up with the questions you ask yourself, not tear yourself down.
Emotion is created by motion. Whatever you’re feeling now is mostly related to your physiology. Run, walk, exercise, skip, smile it all works.
Whatever you focus on you will gravitate towards. Focus creates your reality. It may not be actuality just yet, but you are along the path for it to become real.
Picture your world as you want it to be and be grateful every day that you are heading towards your ambitions.
Ask yourself these questions to keep yourself on track.
What are you doing with your body?
What are you focussing on? What are your beliefs?
What are you saying to yourself?
