Twelve consistent months is the distance between the current you and a version of yourself that feels unrecognisable, and it’s worth every second in my estimation.

And the best part? Once you do it once, the fear shrinks. You realise you don’t need to be “lucky.” You just need to stop quitting.

Tony Robbins once said, “The most powerful force in the human psyche is people’s need for their words and actions to stay consistent with their identity.”
