What to Do If You're Thinking of Giving Up Because Life is Too Tough🏔️

Let’s not be hasty here.
You need to know a few things before making a decision like this. You may think you’re doing the right thing but let me add some wisdom to the discussion before you throw the towel on your dreams. Many unknowingly are making the wrong choices out of ignorance.

It's hard to beat a person who never gives up.

You’re giving up on your dreams because you may not know that you have two hard decisions to make.
Do you want Easy Choices for a Hard Life or Hard Choices for an Easy Life?
To my mind both questions are pose hard decisions.
Because both will irrevocably change your life. One for the better and one for the worst.

You would think it’s a no-brainer. If faced with a choice between a Hard Life and an Easy Life, who in their right mind would choose the former?
But life can be very cunning like that.

Nobody would be willing to give up their life purpose, the meaning behind their passion and their ultimate joy on this earth all at once. You’d fight for them, tooth and nail. But life won’t come at you like that.
It will ask you to give up on the small things because they may be uncomfortable in the moment.
Easy choice.

You’re giving away small chunks of the choices that could make you strong, capable, independent, happy, passionate, wealthy and healthy without batting an eyelid.
All these little concessions go unnoticed over the years until one day, you face the hard life you had sworn never to experience.

The good news is you haven’t succumbed to every 'easy choice' trick being hurled at you by life. You have stuck with some things because they had meaning; you couldn’t bear the alternative, or it was the right thing to do.
You made a decision.
The right one.
That’s most of the battle won. After that, it all boils down to time.

The ‘hard’ choices become the ‘easy’ choices in the long run. But you must stick with the tough decisions until you reach that tipping point.
And gentle reader, you may not be at the tipping point quite yet. Keep going.
If it’s a worthwhile goal, it’s worth struggling for. Stay with it, and let’s talk next year after you’ve notched up more time and effort.
And by then, I’m hoping you’ll be glad you never gave up.
